1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BlinkHustle, a micro-task earning platform operated by Blink Tech & IT Consult ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the BlinkHustle website at blinkhustle.ng ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

By clicking "Register" or "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To use BlinkHustle, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of Nigeria or have a valid Nigerian bank account for withdrawals
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be previously banned or suspended from the Platform
Provide accurate, truthful registration information

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use most features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. Each person may only maintain one (1) personal user account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification

We may require you to verify your identity, phone number, or bank account before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Failure to verify may result in restricted access.

4. Earner Rules

As an earner on BlinkHustle, you agree to:

Complete tasks honestly and as instructed by the task poster
Submit genuine, verifiable proof of task completion (screenshots, screen recordings, etc.)
Not submit false, edited, or fabricated proof of any kind
Not use bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated tools to complete tasks
Not create multiple accounts to complete the same task
Not attempt to manipulate the platform's review system

⚠️ Submitting fraudulent proof is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

4.1 Account Activation Fee

A one-time activation fee may be required to unlock full earner features. This fee is non-refundable and goes toward maintaining platform infrastructure and fraud prevention systems.

4.2 Earnings & Approval

Earnings are credited to your BlinkHustle wallet only after a task poster (or our admin team) approves your submission. Approved earnings are subject to a brief holding period before becoming withdrawable.

5. Business / Task Poster Rules

As a business or task poster, you agree to:

Post tasks that are legal, ethical, and compliant with Nigerian law
Set fair, reasonable reward amounts for the effort required
Review submissions in good faith and approve all valid completions promptly
Not reject valid submissions to avoid paying earners
Not post tasks that violate any third party's terms of service (e.g. buying fake reviews on platforms that prohibit them)
Fund your wallet sufficiently to cover all task rewards and commissions

5.1 Task Review

All tasks are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any task at our discretion without liability.

5.2 Commission

BlinkHustle charges a platform commission on each task completion. The current commission rate is displayed on the task creation page and may be updated periodically.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000. Withdrawals are processed to your registered Nigerian bank account within 1–3 business days.

6.2 Withdrawal Fee

A flat processing fee of ₦50 is deducted per withdrawal request to cover bank transfer costs.

6.3 Payment Processors

We use Paystack and Flutterwave to process payments. By making payments on the Platform, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

6.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings on BlinkHustle. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.

💡 BlinkHustle will never ask you to pay money to withdraw your earnings. Any such request is fraudulent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
Impersonate another user, admin, or company representative
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
Post or transmit viruses or malicious code
Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without written permission
Create fake accounts or refer yourself for bonuses
Use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions or to manipulate task assignments

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour
Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for over 12 months)
Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending earnings may be forfeited if the account was terminated for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlinkHustle and Blink Tech & IT Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have received or paid on the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or an in-app announcement at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
