Our Commitment

BlinkHustle is built on trust. Every naira earned on our platform represents a real task completed by a real person. Fraudulent activity undermines this trust, harms honest earners, and damages the businesses that post tasks. We are committed to maintaining a clean, fair, and fraud-free environment.

🚫 Zero Tolerance: Any user found engaging in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.

1. What Counts as Fraud?

1.1 By Earners

  • Fake proof submissions: Submitting edited, fabricated, or reused screenshots as proof of task completion
  • Multiple accounts: Creating more than one personal account to complete the same task or claim multiple referral bonuses
  • Bot activity: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or click farms to complete tasks
  • VPN abuse: Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent location restrictions or account bans
  • Collusion: Working with others to game the review or referral system
  • False identity: Registering with another person's identity or information

1.2 By Businesses / Task Posters

  • Unjust rejection: Systematically rejecting valid submissions to avoid paying earners
  • Misleading tasks: Posting tasks with false or misleading instructions
  • Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate payment transactions after receiving task completions
  • Data harvesting: Using tasks to collect user data beyond what is disclosed in the task description

1.3 General Fraud

  • Attempting to bribe or threaten BlinkHustle staff
  • Hacking, phishing, or attempting to access another user's account
  • Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activity

2. How We Detect Fraud

Our anti-fraud system uses multiple layers of detection:

  • Automated IP and device fingerprinting to detect multiple accounts
  • Image metadata analysis on submitted screenshots
  • Submission pattern analysis (time, similarity, frequency)
  • Cross-referencing with known fraud databases
  • Manual review by our moderation team for flagged accounts
  • Community reporting (users can flag suspicious activity)
💡 Our fraud detection system runs continuously in the background. Attempting to bypass it is itself a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Consequences of Fraud

If fraud is detected on your account, the following actions may be taken depending on severity:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a formal written warning
  • Earnings forfeiture: Earnings obtained through fraud will be reversed and forfeited
  • Task suspension: Specific tasks may be suspended pending investigation
  • Account suspension: Temporary freeze on all account activities
  • Permanent ban: Irreversible termination of account and blacklisting of associated identifiers (phone, email, device, IP, bank account)
  • Legal referral: In serious cases involving large-scale fraud, we may refer the matter to the Nigeria Police Force or EFCC

4. Appealing a Fraud Decision

If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may appeal by:

  • Emailing support@blinkhustle.ng with the subject line "Fraud Decision Appeal"
  • Providing your account details and a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision is incorrect
  • Submitting any evidence that supports your case

Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.

5. Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you suspect another user is engaging in fraudulent activity, please report it to us:

  • Via the in-app support ticket system
  • Email: support@blinkhustle.ng with subject "Fraud Report"

All reports are treated confidentially. Providing a false report to harm another user is itself a violation of our Terms.

6. Protecting Yourself from Fraud

🔐 BlinkHustle will NEVER ask for your password, BVN, or ask you to pay money to release your earnings. If anyone claims to be from BlinkHustle and makes such requests, they are scammers. Report them immediately.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your BlinkHustle account
  • Enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings
  • Only interact with BlinkHustle through official channels (blinkhustle.ng)
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone
