Understand when and how refunds are processed for payments made on BlinkHustle.

Overview

BlinkHustle strives to be fair to both earners and businesses. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or wallet credits may be issued, and how to request them.

⚠️ Please read this policy carefully before making any payment on the Platform. By making a payment, you agree to the terms set out here.

1. Account Activation Fee

The one-time account activation fee paid by earners to unlock full Platform access is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee covers administrative onboarding, fraud screening, and platform maintenance costs that are incurred at the time of account setup, regardless of how much you subsequently use the Platform.

The activation fee is strictly non-refundable. Do not pay this fee if you are not prepared to use the Platform.

2. Business Wallet Top-Ups

Funds deposited into your BlinkHustle business wallet may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The funds have not yet been allocated to any active or completed tasks
  • The request is made within 30 days of the deposit
  • The account is in good standing (not suspended or under investigation)

2.1 How to Request

Submit a refund request via our Contact page with your account email, the amount, and date of payment. Include your payment receipt or transaction reference.

2.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (Paystack or Flutterwave). Bank processing times may add an additional 1–3 days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Funds already disbursed to earners for approved task completions
  • Platform commissions already deducted on approved completions
  • Deposits more than 30 days old
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations

3. Earner Earnings

Earnings credited to an earner wallet after task approval are not subject to reversal by us, except in cases of confirmed fraud or disputes where the task poster demonstrates that submitted proof was fabricated. In such cases, earnings may be reversed and the account suspended.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, contact us immediately at support@blinkhustle.ng with both transaction references. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

5. Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails (e.g. incorrect account details, bank error), the amount — including the withdrawal fee — will be credited back to your BlinkHustle wallet within 24 hours. You may then resubmit the withdrawal with corrected details.
